How can we help?

For app, account or data questions, contact us and include the device model and a short description of what happened.

Signing in

Use the Sign in or create account button in Account. If the browser does not return to KAR-VIO, close it and try again from the app.

Notifications

Notifications require permission in iOS Settings. Open Account and choose Enable MOT push alerts after signing in. Delivery can be affected by device notification and focus settings.

Location

Charging, nearby searches and GPS Speed require foreground location access. You can review this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → KAR-VIO.

Managing your data

Cars can be removed individually from My Garage. To permanently remove your Auth0 identity and all KAR-VIO account data, use Delete account in the Account screen.

Service information

Fuel Finder and MOT are currently labelled coming soon and cannot be opened. Their availability will be announced in a future app update.
